Marvin Reif grew up in the South-West of Germany, right in its thick forest and rolling hills. An image of nature he is capturing within his creative writing.

He writes about the absurdity of the modern European condition. His works questions the resurgence of Nationalism, Egoism and Technocracy within a time of social upheaval and climate crisis. Yet, he also writes uplifting stories, trying to make our glum times a little brighter but creating works that serve first and foremost the purpose of entertaining the reader. Art means entertainment and that should be its main purpose, at least according to his philosophy.

“A narrative may later emerge, masquerading behind the facade of justice, pointing fingers at the other profiteers.”
